Inadequate front windshield adhesion to the vehicle body structure.
Remove & re-install the windscreen ensuring correct adhesion. Renew windscreen if damage occurs during the repair process.
Contact the local FORD dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
