THE ENGAGEMENT HOOKS OF THE CABLE DUCT OF THE STARTER-GENERATOR WIRING HARNESSMAY NOT BE FULLY LATCHED IN THE BATTERY CASE

Reason for recall

On certain vehicles the engagement hooks of the cable duct of the starter-generator wiring harness may not be fully latched in the battery case.

Remedy

Check the fixings of the cable bracket and replace the engagement hooks of the affected cable duct with expanding rivets if required.
