The steering column to steering gear UJ clamp bolt may not have been tightened to design specification.
On affected vehicle check joints for damage and replace where necessary. Check tightness of the retaining bolt. Replace lock nut.
Contact the local SCANIA TRUCK dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official SCANIA TRUCK service.
