INSECURITY OF REAR AXLE
On vehicles where the rear axle mounting arrangement is by means of studs and bolts the axle assembly may become loose to the vehicle underbody.
Recall the affected vehicles for the fitment of modified axle mounting blocks to the vehicle underbody and replacement of the subject studs and nuts by bolts.
Contact the local FORD dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official FORD service.
