Reason for concern

Cycle carrier can become distorted and fatigued in normal use which could lead to failure of the carrier.

Reason for recall

In certain situations the cycle carrier can fail which could potentially lead to a bicycle becoming detached from the vehicle. Manufacturer advice is that the cycle carrier should NOT USED until the required rectification work has been carried out.

Remedy

The rectification work involves replacing some parts of the carrier with stronger versions and adding some additional components.

Contact the local TRIGANO SPA dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.

How the manufacturer will repair

The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official TRIGANO SPA service.
