Reason for concern

A HIGH HEAT COULD DEVELOP IN THE MUFFLER CAUSING THE UPPER RIGHT HAND VENT GRILL TO MELT

Reason for recall

In some specific riding conditions a high heat could develop in the muffler causing the upper right hand vent grill to melt.

Remedy

Reprogram the ECM and install a heat reflective foil kit.
