GEARBOX POSITION DISPLAY MAY BE INCORRECT AND MAY LEAD TO ROLL AWAY

Reason for recall

It has been identified that an error in the gearbox software can result in the incorrect message being displayed on the machine's instrument cluster. The gearbox position maybe displayed as being in the "P" or parked position even when the gearbox is not mechanically engaged in the park position. This could result in the machine rolling away.

Remedy

Recall all affected machines and perform a gearbox position learning cycle.

Contact the local CAN-AM. dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.

How the manufacturer will repair

The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official CAN-AM. service.
