Reason for recall

It has been identified that due to incorrect routing of the auxiliary battery cable the possibility exists that it may chafe against the handbrake cable. In this situation arcing out may occur at the rear offside brake pipe which can result in loss of brake hydraulic fluid.

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have the installation inspected and rectified by the fitting of new components should this be necessary.
