Reason for recall

The trailer swan neck may have been weakened around the drilling for the brake rod. This may cause the swan neck to fracture and in extreme instances the trailer may detach from the towing vehicle.

Remedy

Reinforce swan neck with specific manufacturer designed flitch plate.
