FORK AXLE CARRIER WITH EXCESSIVE PLAY OF WHEEL CLAMPING SCREW
Due to a production error there may be excessive play in the axial clamping screw on the forks. This could lead to a loss of control. THE MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDS NOT TO RIDE THE MACHINE UNTIL THE RECALL IS COMPLETED.
On affected machines check the threaded holes in the axle carriers with a special tool. If the nonconformity is present the fork leg with a defective axle carrier will be replaced.
Contact the local MV AGUSTA MOTOR SPA dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official MV AGUSTA MOTOR SPA service.
