ENGINE IDLE SPEED MAY NOT RETURN TO NORMAL
Under certain circumstances a poor connection between APS and TPS may cause an incorrect signal to the ECU which in extreme cases may result in the engine idle speed not returning to the specified level even when the throttle is closed.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to add a sub-lead to bypass the potentially poor connection.
Contact the local YAMAHA dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official YAMAHA service.
