ENGINE MAY STALL
On certain machines the software data in the Engine Control Unit (ECU) may have to tight a limit on the throttle value signal. In rare cases this can cause the engine to stall and cause the rider to loose control of the machine.
Recall all affected machines and install new updated software.
Contact the local BMW MOTORRAD dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official BMW MOTORRAD service.
