Reason for recall

Due to a non-conformity in production a specific number of safety harness lap strap anchor plates may potentially not meet the strength requirements under impact loading set for this product. This could result in an inability of the harness in use to provide the optimum level of protection required during an accident.

Remedy

Recall likely to be affected harnesses and replace with quality assured items.
