Reason for recall

The Hand Brake Valve handle automatic locking function may not maintain the park position. The handle may remain in the lock only temporarily and flip back from the parking position into the driving position in which case the vehicle can runaway.

Remedy

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and exchange the Hand Brake Valve with a quality assured unit.
