A none conformity in the production process could result in a crack in female metal fitting around the circumference midway between locating pips. This could result in the failure of fitting resulting in separation of fitting and loss of brake fluid.

Remedy

Recall all brake hoses that are likely to be affected and issue replacement hoses.
