WARNING LABEL IS MISSING FROM THE CAR SEAT COVER.
It has been identified that the warning label on the inside of the carrier/car seat is missing. This label advises users not to install rearward facing infant seats in a passenger seat which is equipped with a front airbag less it is deactivated. Although the warning label is missing from the seat cover there is one on the seat shell and in the user guide.
Due to the fact that no direct replacement seats for the Flyte model are available refunds are being offered. however for the Spin model replacement seats are being offered.
Contact the local MOTHERCARE dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official MOTHERCARE service.
