It has been identified that the seat may be defective because the harness may become unthreaded from the adjuster (following removal for cleaning etc) with the possibility that the strap may be re-threaded incorrectly due to the absence of additional webbing thickness designed to prevent un- threading. Under theses circumstances the restraint characteristics of the seat could be compromised.

Remedy

Owners of the subject seats will be requested to surrender them to the supplying store at which time a full refund will be given.
