POTENTIAL FOR FAILURE OF FOOT BRAKE VALVE

Reason for recall

In extreme cases overlapping of tolerances in conjunction with wear can potentially cause the bushing of the Foot Brake Valve (FBV) to move from its correct position. When this potential malfunction occurs it may not be possible to use the FBV to brake the vehicle.. However it is possible to use the handbrake instead to bring the vehicle to a controlled stop.

Remedy

To recall the affected components and replace them with quality assured components.
