Some brake actuators may have been installed with the single breather / drain hole at the top. This may result in water and dirt entering the actuator causing corrosion and seizure of the operating mechanism.

Remedy

Recall affected trailers examine the brake actuators and replace those found to have the breather / drain holes in the topmost position.
