Affected vehicles may have an engine that was incorrectly assembled due to improper setting of the high-pressure fuel pump and/or improper setting of the timing belt.

Remedy

Check high pressure fuel pump setting and replace engine if not correct. If high pressure fuel pump setting is correct check timing belt setting and replace timing belt if necessary.
