There is a potential for the high voltage battery to overheat when fully charged and the vehicle remains plugged in once full charge is reached.

There is a potential for the high voltage battery to overheat when fully charged and the vehicle remains plugged in once full charge is reached.

Remedy

Replace the battery cell modules and restore the electric driving range to full capacity if the temporary software fix from R10202 has been previously downloaded to the vehicle.
