HYDROGEN GAS LEAKAGE IN THE FUEL LINE RECEPTACLE (FUEL FILLER CONNECTION).

It is possible hydrogen gas may leak from the fuel line receptacle (fuel filler connection)

Remedy

Recall all affected vehicles and inspect the receptacle. If measurement standards are not met replace the receptacle and fuel line-related parts
