EMERGENCY CALL (eCall) FUNCTION IS NOT AVAILABLE

Reason for recall

Due to a coding error during production affected vehicles received an incorrect option code that blocks connected services. As a result the Emergency call (eCall) function is not available.

Remedy

A new vehicle order will be installed on affected vehicles to unblock connected services (including eCall).

Contact the local ROLLS-ROYCE dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.

How the manufacturer will repair
