CONTACT BETWEEN THE POSITIVE ALTERNATOR WIRING AND THE ALTERNATOR CASING COULD CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT

Reason for recall

Contact between the positive alternator wiring and the alternator casing which could cause an electrical short circuit.

Remedy

Modify the wiring route and if necessary replace the alternator
