PROTECTIVE DEVISE ON THE INVERTER MAY BE INOPERATIVE

Reason for recall

It has been identified that the socket protective device on the inverter may be defective. This can result in the inverter socket not be protected by the residual current circuit breaker against residual current. Therefore the lack of protection can place objects and /or people in a position where they can be injured as a result of the venting of residual current.

Remedy

Recall all affected vehicle to carry out a modification to the wiring/socket protection as per the manufacturer's technical bulletin.
