REAR DOOR MAY OPEN WITHOUT WARNING
It has been identified that the driver can inadvertently circumvent the correct operating procedure for the closing/opening of the rear plug and slide door. If the door operating sequence has been overridden then when the vehicle moves off from stationary the door can reopen a number of seconds after the vehicle has started to move off following the release of the park (halt) brake. Should this occur then the park (halt) brake will apply causing the vehicle to suddenly stop. The interlock will operate and the door will not reopen if the vehicle has exceeded 5 mph.
Recall all affected vehicles to upgrade the Kibes software.
Contact the local WRIGHTBUS dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official WRIGHTBUS service.
