Aluminium reference plates become loose could overtime separate from the vehicle while driving and hit following traffic causing a risk of accidents or personal injury.

Remedy

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and re mount the plate as detailed in Technical Bulletin 16-04-012BUG
