Reason for recall

The control for the adjustment of the tilt and rake of the steering column is in a position where it could be accidentally operated by the driver whilst the vehicle is in motion. This could cause an unexpected movement of the steering column and steering wheel.

Remedy

On affected vehicles fit an interlock to prevent this.
