ENTRY DOOR CAN INADVERTENTLY BE OPENED AT SPEED

Reason for recall

Due to a software error in one of the vehicle's ECU's it is possible that if a passenger or occupant operates the front service door emergency controls (interior and exterior) when the vehicle is travelling in excess of 5km/hour then the front service door will function and open. This will only occur if the brake pedal is being pressed at the same time as the emergency control is operated. This could result in a passenger or occupant falling from the vehicle.

Remedy

Recall all affected vehicles to update the software for the operation of the front service door.
