REDUCTION IN BRAKING PERFORMANCE

Reason for recall

The brackets retaining the rear central air tank may fail. In the worst case this can result in the compressed air tank becoming detached leading to reduced braking effect and possible danger to other road users.

Remedy

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit new bracket and clamping straps for the compressed-air tanks at the rear.
