POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL

Reason for recall

It is possible that the steering drag link end ball joint nut may not have been torqued to the correct specification. This can lead to a loosening of the nut and in extreme cases detachment of the joint with the associated loss of control of the vehicle.

Remedy

Recall all affected vehicle and check torque of drag link end nut. If loose replace nut and torque to the correct specification.
