PARKING BRAKE MAY APPLY INADVERTENTLY
The parking brake may apply with no input from the driver because of an incorrectly manufactured cable harness that controls the safety interlock circuit to the tank equipment shutter door.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check that the control switch for the parking brake is functioning correctly and if it is not the cable harness for the body and control switch for the parking brake must be replaced.
Contact the local MAN TRUCK dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official MAN TRUCK service.
