Reason for recall

It has been identified that the bolts retaining the Pitman arm on trucks fitted with VOK-03 or VOK-5 axles may become loose as a result of them being incorrectly tightened during production. If ignored the potential exists for the steering to fail.

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have the subject bolts re-torqued or replaced. In cases of damage to the Pitman arm or steering knuckle theses will also be replaced.
