The rear suspension dual purpose ram securing cap head screw may not be correctly torqued. There is a possibility that the screw could become loose and damage the brake pipe which could result in brake failure.

Remedy

Recall all affected vehicles for inspection and if found to be incorrectly torqued carry out rework procedure as laid down by converter.
