HOT WATER MAY ENTER SALOON

Reason for recall

A steel clip which secures an interior heater pipe has a rubber sleeve bonded to it which protects it against chafing on it's carrier bracket. On a small number of vehicles this sleeve has moved causing the bracket to cut into the heater pipe with subsequent loss of coolant

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have the piping checked and replaced together with the carrier bracket as necessary.
