Reason for concern

FRONT AXLE COULD BE OUT OF ALIGNMENT

Reason for recall

It has been identified that the possibility exists that the front spring spacer plate position may be incorrect and the U bolts may not have been tightened to the correct torque setting.

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have the position of the spacer plate checked. The spacer plate will be renewed if found to be incorrectly positioned. In addition the torque of the front spring U bolts will be checked.
