STEERING COLUMN MAY FOUL

Reason for recall

It has been identified that the steering column universal joint may make rubbing contact with the column's outer casing. It is not thought that this will cause the steering to lock up.

Remedy

Recalled vehicles will have a small part of the column retaining lug removed.
