ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL MALFUNCTION

Reason for recall

Should the adaptive cruise control (ACC) radar malfunction the cruise control will not deactivate automatically. As a consequence the vehicle will accelerate up to the set speed of the cruise control even though ACC is active.

Remedy

Recall affected vehicles and inspect the system; rectifying as necessary.
