STOPLIGHTS MAY STAY ON FOLLOWING BRAKE RELEASE.

Reason for recall

There have been instances where the stop lights on a number of the above models have been found to remain on following brake release. Investigation of the concern has attributed the situation to a lack of grease during production of the SL4 stop lamp switch

Remedy

To address the concern affected vehicles will be re-worked by operators under the terms of the Code of Practice by the fitting of quality assured switches (2 per vehicle).
