The "D" pillar sound barrier patches may loosen and drop onto the rear seat belt which may lead to the seat belt assembly becoming inoperative.

Remedy

Recall affected vehicle and fit new version of foam pads to "D" pillar and inspect and replace any sticking or inoperative seat belts.
