SLACK ADJUSTER MAY "NECK" ON CLEVIS CONNECTION.

Reason for recall

The automatic slack adjuster lever may "neck" on the brake chamber push rod clevis connection.

Remedy

Recall affected vehicles replace the brake chamber push rod with a shorter version renew the clevis connection and shorten the slack adjuster to prevent further fouling/necking.
