GAS CONVERSION MAY NEUTRALISE ENGINE REV LIMITER

Reason for recall

Engine speed may exceed the permitted rpm and cause the automatic gearbox to shift to neutral.

Remedy

Fit a control box which at 5500 rpm will switch the engine fuelling system back to petrol ensuring that the engine maximum speed is under the control of the O/E rev limiter.
