POSSIBLE INSECURITY OF STEERING ROD

Reason for recall

The steering rod may not be sufficiently torqued to either the Pitman arm or the steering arm on the stub axle.

Remedy

Affected vehicles are being recalled for checking and where required retorqueing of both connections on the steering arm.
