There is a possibility that the vehicle concerned has been delivered with a defect in the software program which could result in the vehicle moving forward when engaging reverse gear.

Remedy

Recall the affected vehicle and reprogramme software. At the same time further upgrades will be carried out to the accelerator pedal.
