Reason for recall

As a result of the radio voltage transformers being incorrectly connected the master switch does not isolate the electrical system. It is therefore possible to start the engine with the master switch "OFF" which could melt the 3 amp voltage transformer and cause a fire within the vehicle.

Remedy

The affected vehicles are being recalled for the fitment of an alternative voltage transformer with modification to the associated wiring.

How the manufacturer will repair
