The wiring loom from the ignition coil to the ECU may chafe on a cylinder head bolt. This could eventually result in an electrical short circuit and/or fire risk.

Remedy

Recall the affected vehicles for the fitment of brackets and cable ties to secure the wiring loom clear of the cylinder head bolt in question.
