AIRBAG MAY RELEASE SHRAPNEL IF DEPLOYED

Reason for recall

Certain driver side airbags the inflator might release shrapnel from the inflator container during deployment which could injure the driver.

Remedy

On affected vehicles replace air bag inflator.
