Reason for recall

The Steering Column Control Module (SSCM) may be affected by electrical interference. This may disable the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Though the ESC warning lamp will illuminate the ESC may not be operable on demand.

Remedy

Reprogram the SCCM
