VEHICLE MAY BECOME UNSTABLE AT HIGH SPEEDS

Reason for recall

Due to an issue with the software in the engine management system (EMS) it is possible that the EMS will not restrict the vehicle speed to 137mph if the Deployable Rear Spoiler (DRS) does not deploy when it should . This can affect vehicle stability; although this should not affect vehicles used in the UK due to the National Speed Limit however it could affect vehicles that travel to Europe or are used on private grounds.

Remedy

Recall all affected vehicles to have new software installed.
