The attachment of the panhard rod to the skeleton may crack. If the cracks develop the stability of the vehicle could be affected.

Remedy

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the panhard rod to skeleton mounting area and where there is no damage weld on reinforcement panels and square tubes. Where damage is present carry out appropriate rectification work as advised by the Service Support Desk.
